TNT Duck Duck Goose & Heather at the USDDN World Championships

• Rev (REM x Rio) takes a trip to Georgia for the US Disc Dog Nationals/World Championships.  He had great finishes in Super Open Freestyle and Super Pro Toss & Fetch.  Rev's human, Pat, was awarded the "Rush to Excellence" Award as a recognition to her contribution in growing disc and USDDN in Canada.  Congratulations Pat!
• Goose (Bert x Rio) also took a trip to the USDDN Nationals/World Championships and was one of 18 teams that qualified for the World Finals in Super Open Freestyle.  Goose finished 15th in the World Championships!  
• Brody (REM x Rio) teams up with his mom Rio and BC friend Rider at the 2010 Cynosport Games/ USDAA Nationals in Louisville, Kentucky.  They have a fabulous week with lots of beautiful runs and manage to finish 20th out of 205 teams.  
• Erin (Jagger x Rio) has a fantastic week of agility and along with her teammates, ended up in 6th place going into the final round of Three Dog Team Relay.

• On November 9th, we sadly say goodbye to REM who was taken from us way too suddenly.  We are happy to have a little part of him live on in his talented TNT kids, Fly, Flare, Brody, Lightning, Rev and Willow and his numerous grandkids.
• Ordi (Bert x Rio) earns a Masters Jumpers Q that has been eluding him for many months.  Congratulations Di!  Just one more to go for that ATChC!  Ordi also Q's and wins Steeplechase and Masters Standard.
• Baxter (Bert x Rio) earns another Advanced Jumpers at the Morningstar AAC trial in Kingston.  He's now in Masters Jumpers!
• Brody (REM x Rio) finishes in 4th in European Standard, 10th in Team Gamblers and narrowly misses the Grand Prix Semi-Finals cut off at the World Cynosport Games in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Erin (Jagger x Rio) is having a great first time at Cynosports with clean runs in almost all events!
• Ripley (Jagger x Flare) won the CDDA Advanced Single Disc at the Guides Canins competition at the Montreal Olympic Stadium.  He also earned his Advanced Disc Dog (ADD) and Disc Dog Excellent (DDX) titles!

• Flare  (REM x Rio), Ordi (Bert x Rio), Fly (REM x Rio), Piper & Rio all qualify for the 2009 AAC Nationals at the Ontario Regionals.
• Fly (REM x Rio) finishes first in the 26" Class of the first round of Steeplechase.
• Piper, at 9&1/2, finishes in THIRD PLACE out of one hundred dogs in the 22" class at the Ontario Regionals!  Pipe also earns herself a second place finish in Standard 2.
• Rio is the 2009 Ontario Regional Champion!
• Rio and her two talented sons, Fly (REM) and Ordi (Bert) qualify for the Ontario Regional Steeplechase finals and are forced to compete against each other in the 26" category.  Ordi came out on top with a third place finish overall.
• Rio finally earns her Agility Intermediate (AgI) title at the Dream Fields CKC trial

• Brody (REM x Rio) competes at the BC-Yukon AAC Regionals and earns himself a 2nd place finish overall in the 26" Class and Qualifies for the AAC Nationals.  Brody finishes 1st in Rounds 1 & 2 of the Challenge Class and in Standard 1.  He earns himself a 2nd in Jumpers 1 and a 3rd in Gamblers 1. 
• Blaze, a Lightning (REM x Rio) son, finishes in 4th overall in the 26" class.
• Flynn (Focus x Rio) earns his Novice Fast (NF) title.
• Phoenix (Focus x Rio) earns her first Starters Gamblers Q at the Spot On AAC trial.

• Flynn (Focus x Rio) competes in his first USDAA trial and his first AKC trial and comes away with Q's in Starters Pairs, FAST and Novice Standard
• Lighting (REM x Rio) posts some great 4.1s times over 12" jumps!

• We welcome a new puppy from OffOn Border Collies in Dallas.  Chill has some big shoes to fill as her daddy is currently the fastest dog in U-Fli and her mommy also is a great athlete!

• Brody (REM x Rio) & Jim make the finals in both the Grand Prix and Steeplechase at the USDAA World Cynoport games!

• Prank (Jagger x Flare) & Melanie compete on the Total Anarchy Open team at the NAFA Championships in Scottsdale, Arizona.  They finish 4th on Friday & Saturday and 5th on Sunday.

• Ordi (Bert x Rio) earns his Master Snooker Dog of Canada (MSDC) title along with a best run at the Dream Fields agility trial.

• Smash (Jagger x Flare) makes his flyballing debut at DogZworth's tournament in Montreal.  He earns himself his first two titles:  Flyball Dog (FD) and Flyball Dog Excellent (FDX).  He was also clocked at 4.0s on one of his very first runs!!

• The TNT Family of Rio, Ordi (Bert x Rio) & Fly (REM x Rio) make a sweep the 26" Steeplechase class at Dreamfields.   TNT's Piper wins the 22" Steeplechase class.  Rio also wins Masters Jumpers & Standard.

• Goose (Bert x Rio) & Heather compete at the US Disc Dog Nationals in Georgia and finish FIRST in  the Finals Division 2 Super Open Freestyle!  In the International Super-Pro Toss & Fetch Finals, they finish a very impressive 12th.
• Erin (Jagger x Rio) earns her AKC Novice Agility (NA) & FAST (NF) titles
• Happy 3rd birthday to the Bert & Rio kids:  Ordi, Baxter, Blitz, Brie, Queue, Goose & Surf (October 6th)

Bo-Tyne Jagger (2000-2008)

• Hmmm....  Apparently there was nothing going on in September?  No wait, the web page was just being ignored.....
• Rio & I went to Finland and played at the FCI World Championships.  She did really well, posting two clean rounds and helping the Canadian Large Dog Team of Susan Garrett & Encore and Lynda Orton-Hill & Spirit place 8th overall.  The best showing by a Canadian Large dog team ever.  You can see some pictures and read more about the adventures at:  http://blog.tntbordercollies.com
• September also had us tearfully saying good bye to Bo-Tyne Jagger, the sire of many TNT puppies.  We will miss him greatly, but hope that a little bit of him will live on in Erin, MagZ, Cagen, Fusion, Magnum, Prank, Ripley, Turf, Smash, Yahoo and Glaze.

• Prank (Jagger x Flare) earns his Flyball Dog (FD) and Flyball Dog Excellent (FDX) during his very first day of racing.
• MagZ (Jagger x Rio) earns her Flyball Dog Champion (FDCh) title at the Paws on Fire NAFA tournament in Carp
• Goose (Bert x Rio) has a fantastic weekend of disc at the Triple Crown event in Brampton and won the Triple Crown Freestyle Trophy for accumulating the most points overall!
• Fly (REM x Rio) finishes in second place in Standard #1 at the AAC Nationals in Sussex, New Brunswick and also makes the Steeplechase Finals!
• Rio has a great weekend at the AAC Nationals, placing well in 5 out of the 6 events with a third in Standard #1, a second in Standard #2 and a first place (and the most points of any regular dog!) in Gamblers #2!  She finishes the Nationals as second in Canada in the 26" division.
• Rio earns her Intermediate Jumpers (AGIJ?) title at the St Lazare CKC trial.

• Happy first birthday to the Rio x Focus kids:  Phoenix, Emcy, Maybe & Flynn
• The TNT Gang have a great showing at the Ontario Regionals.  Fly & Tiffany win the first round of Steeplechase and the first Standard and finish in 2nd place.  Rio finishes 4th in both rounds of the Steeplechase and 4th in the 26" category.  Piper also makes the Steeplechase finals and has a 7th place finish in the 22" category.  Ordi qualifies for the Nationals.
• Rio gets named to the FCI World Team which will be competing in Finland at the end of September.
• Fly has a great showing at the IFCS Worlds in Belgium earning himself a 6th in Snooker, a 4th in Jumpers and a 3rd in Gamblers to place him 7th in the All-Round competition.  He finishes 5th in the Biathalon.
• Erin wins the 'Starters Cup' at the Bay Team trial.  She's now finished her Starters titles in Jumpers, Gamblers, Snooker and Relay and just needs one more Standard leg to finish her AD title.
• Brody wins the Steeplechase at the Bay Team trial and finishes second in the Grand Prix
• Baxter earns two Master Gamblers legs in one trial!
